SCAI provides an AI-powered web automation assistant. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that SCAI assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Running automated bots on websites that explicitly prohibit them.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
